Refund Policy

PROXA is a digital subscription with a free tier and immediate access to paid features on payment. Because access is granted instantly and the free plan lets you evaluate the product before paying, subscription fees are generally non-refundable. This policy explains cancellation, plan changes, and the limited cases where refunds apply.
Try before you buy
The Free plan includes the full antidetect engine and lets you test PROXA on your own machine before subscribing. We encourage you to try it first so a paid plan meets your needs.
Subscriptions are non-refundable
Payments for monthly and annual subscriptions, and automatic renewals, are non-refundable, including for partially used periods. Cryptocurrency payments are prepaid time and are likewise non-refundable.
Cancel anytime
You can cancel at any time from the billing portal. Cancellation stops future renewals; you keep access to your paid features until the end of the period you already paid for. We do not charge you again after you cancel.
Changing plans (Pro ↔ Scale)
You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. Changes are prorated through the billing portal — the unused value of your current plan is credited toward the new one — so you are never double-charged. Plan changes are handled as credit, not as cash refunds.
Exceptions
- Billing errors. If you were charged in error, double-charged, or charged after a confirmed cancellation, contact us and we will investigate and correct it, including a refund of the erroneous amount where appropriate.
- Statutory rights. Nothing here limits any non-waivable refund or withdrawal rights you have under the consumer laws that apply to you. Where you are entitled to a statutory "cooling-off" period for digital content, note that starting to use the software immediately may waive that right.
