Privacy Policy

ProxasLab ("we", "us") builds privacy tools, so we collect as little as possible and never sell your data. This policy explains what we collect when you use the PROXA app and the ProxasLab website, why, and who processes it.
What we collect
- Account. Your email address and a password (stored only as a secure hash by our authentication provider), used to sign you in and tie your plan to your account.
- Subscription status. Your plan, its status, and renewal dates, so paid features unlock. We do not receive or store your full card number — payment details are handled by our payment providers.
- Synced profile data (optional). If you enable cloud sync, the cookies, storage, and settings you choose to sync are uploaded encrypted so you can restore a profile on another machine. Your device fingerprint and identity data stay on your device.
- Technical data. Basic logs and app version needed to run the service, provide support, and check for updates.
How we use it
To provide and secure the Service, authenticate you, sync the profiles you choose, process subscriptions, deliver updates, and respond to support requests. We do not use your data for advertising and we do not sell it.
Processors we rely on
- Google Firebase — account authentication and entitlement records.
- Cloudflare — website hosting and encrypted object storage (R2) for synced profiles and downloads.
- Lemon Squeezy — card payments as Merchant of Record (billing, invoices, tax).
- NOWPayments — cryptocurrency payments.
These providers process data on our behalf under their own privacy terms and only as needed to deliver their part of the Service.
Cookies
The website uses only the cookies and local storage necessary to sign you in and remember basic preferences. We do not run third-party advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
Retention
We keep account and subscription data while your account is active and as needed to meet legal and accounting obligations. Synced profile data persists until you delete the profile or your account.
Your rights
You can access, correct, export, or delete your data, and delete your account. Deleting your account removes your synced data. To exercise any right, email support@proxaslab.com from your account address.
International transfers & children
Our providers may process data in other countries under appropriate safeguards. The Service is not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
