How does a web purchase reach my app?
You subscribe with your PROXA account email. The entitlement is written to that account, so when you sign in to the app, your plan is already active.
How do upgrades work?
Move between Pro and Scale anytime — billing is prorated through the customer portal, crediting what's left of your current term. No refunds, but no lost value either.
Can I pay in crypto?
Yes. Card runs through Lemon Squeezy (tax included), crypto through NOWPayments. Crypto is prepaid time and extends your current period.
What about my data?
Profile sync is selective and encrypted. Your real identity stays on your machine; only what's needed to restore a profile is stored, encrypted, in the cloud.
