Terms of Service

These Terms govern your access to and use of PROXA and the ProxasLab website and services (the "Service"), operated by ProxasLab ("we", "us"). By creating an account, subscribing, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The service

PROXA is a Windows desktop application that provides a system-wide residential proxy, per-profile browser fingerprint isolation, and related privacy tooling. We offer it under free and paid subscription plans described on our pricing page.

2. Eligibility & accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract. You are responsible for the activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

3. Subscriptions, billing & renewals

  • Paid plans are billed in advance. Card subscriptions renew automatically on a monthly or annual basis until cancelled. Cryptocurrency and M-Pesa payments are prepaid time and do not renew — each one adds a fixed period to your account.
  • Card payments are processed by Paystack and are charged in Kenyan shillings (KES); the shilling amount is shown to you before you pay. Mobile-money payments are processed by Safaricom M-Pesa, also in Kenyan shillings. Cryptocurrency payments are processed by NOWPayments. These providers are payment processors — ProxasLab is the seller and merchant of record for your purchase.
  • You can cancel a card subscription at any time from the PROXA app. Prices are shown on the pricing page and may change with notice for future billing periods.
  • Your plan and limits are tied to your account and unlock automatically in the app once payment confirms.

4. Refunds

Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by law. See our Refund Policy for full details, including cancellation and plan changes.

5. Acceptable use

PROXA is intended for lawful privacy, security testing, market research, ad verification, and legitimate multi-account management. You agree that you are solely responsible for how you use it and for complying with all applicable laws and the terms of any third-party services you access. You must not use the Service to:

  • break any law, infringe others' rights, or facilitate fraud, spam, or unauthorized access;
  • evade security measures for the purpose of committing a crime;
  • impersonate any person or organisation, or misrepresent your identity, affiliation, or location in order to obtain money, credentials, data, or access you would not otherwise be given;
  • evade a suspension, ban, or other enforcement action taken against you by a third-party platform, or create or operate accounts on a service in breach of that service's own terms;
  • carry out payment fraud, card testing, chargeback abuse, or the creation of accounts for resale;
  • resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Service, or share a single account across parties beyond your plan's seat limits.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

6. License

Subject to these Terms and your active plan, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use PROXA for your own use. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or circumvent license controls except to the extent that restriction is prohibited by law. All intellectual property in the Service remains ours.

7. Your data

Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy. Profile data you choose to sync is stored encrypted; your device fingerprint and identity data stay on your machine.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that any proxy, fingerprint, or privacy measure will defeat every form of detection, that the Service will be uninterrupted, or that it fits a particular purpose.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ProxasLab will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms; material changes will be posted here with a new "last updated" date. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
