Card payments are processed by Paystack and charged in Kenyan shillings — Pro KES 2,500/mo or KES 25,000/yr, Scale KES 6,500/mo or KES 65,000/yr. The dollar figures above are the price of the crypto option, billed in USD through NOWPayments. M-Pesa (Safaricom STK push, at the same shilling prices) is available inside the PROXA app. ProxasLab is the seller and merchant of record.

The practical stuff.
How does a web purchase reach my app?
You subscribe with your PROXA account email. The entitlement is written to that account, so when you sign in to the app, your plan is already active.
How do upgrades work?
Moving between Pro and Scale isn't automatic — email support@proxaslab.com and we'll arrange it. You can cancel a card subscription any time from the PROXA app, and you keep the plan you paid for until that period ends.
Can I pay in crypto?
Yes — crypto runs through NOWPayments and is priced in USD, while card runs through Paystack in Kenyan shillings. Crypto isn't a subscription: it's prepaid time that doesn't renew and extends your current period.
What about my data?
Profile sync is selective and encrypted. Your real identity stays on your machine; only what's needed to restore a profile is stored, encrypted, in the cloud.
